Pepperoni Cheese Breadsticks
Pepperoni cheese breadsticks are just like eating a slice of pizza in a breadstick. Use boxed baking mix to make these simple breadsticks and serve them with your favorite soup or salad or as an appetizer with marinara dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups baking mix
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 1/2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In bowl, mix all ingredients together except Parmesan. Drop by spoonfuls into Parmesan cheese. Roll in cheese to coat.
- Roll into 8-inch breadsticks. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on two lightly greased baking sheets.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

These little breadsticks sound so appetizing. I can't wait to try them because we are all pizza nuts in my house. I think my kids would like to make these just because they sound fun. The best part is eating them when they get finished cooking. I can see serving them with ranch dressing or pizza sauce.
