Stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients
- 24 jalapenos; halved & deveined
- 6 1/2 ounces tuna, water pack; drained
- 1/2 c pecans; finely chopped
- mayonnaise
Instructions
Yield: 48. Halve and devein jalapenos. In a bowl, mix tuna and pecans with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Stuff jalapeno halves.
