I have to admit when I saw "stuffed cherry tomatoes" I was totally intrigued. Just the thought of stuffing those little tomatoes with anything seemed crazy. Well, it may be crazy, but it is great. This recipe is fast and easy and produces the most delightful little poppable appetizers you will ever serve.
