Aside from just the pure joy you’ll get from immersing yourself into the cheese ball, there many other things to love about this appetizer. One is how versatile the dish is. If gouda isn’t your cup of tea, then you can easily substitute it out with another variety (possibly a Muenster or a Edam cheese). You prefer to add green bell peppers for an added flavor profile?
