Veggie Pizza Appetizer
Everybody loves pizza, and refrigerator dough makes this recipe a surefire easy party hit! You can follow the main instructions, or make a fun Christmas variation when the time is right. Either way, it tastes great!
Notes
Christmas Variation:
- Instead of pressing rolls flat, cut each rolled section (2 per can) into 8 slices.
- Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet to form tree. 1 slice for top, 2 slices just below, sides touching, etc. ending with a row of 5 slices. Use the remaining slice for trunk. This makes 2 trees.
- Use thin slices of red pepper as "garland" on the tree and yellow pepper cut with canape cutter to make "star" for top.
