Pizza Piggies
"Sometimes life calls for comfort food. Pigs in blankets are true comfort food. Now add a little mozzarella and a piece of pepperoni and all is right with the world. These are great for an appetizer, lunch, unexpected guests, and kid's parties."
These Pizza Piggies are the perfect snack food. They're warm and delicious and taste just like mini pizzas. Your kids will love these bite-sized pizzas as an after school snack. These rolls also make great appetizers for a summer cookout or family get-together.

You can never go wrong with pigs in a blanket! These sound like they'd be a fantastic appetizer for guests.

I'm having friends over for the Bears game this weekend. These Pizza Piggies would be perfect to serve as an appetizer!

These remind me of pigs in a blanket, so this might be a great thing to serve the kids on the side for breakfast, replacing the tomato based pizza dipping sauce with some sausage gravy or hollandaise sauce. Also a great thing to give to the teenagers for homework / study night with their classmates - you'll definitely rack up some "cool mom" points with them!

What a cute little recipe. My kids are teens, but I think they would still love a tray of these to eat as a snack or to have when several of your friends come over. What a neat idea to feed a group of people or to have for game day!

These look so delicious and yummy you lose count of the number you pop in your mouth. I need to make some snack for game night but am afraid ill eat most of them before they leave the kitchen. I really love the pepperoni and bacon wrap combo, these are gonna be a hit on game night.

I had to take a look at pizza-piggies because I thought of my teenage son. I knew that if it had something to do with pizza it would be a big hit. I am glad I came and saw this as I know pigs in blankets but unfortunately my son doesn't like Vienna sausages. This recipe gave me an idea. Why not leave out the Vienna sausage and replace it with a Stick of mozzarella wrapped with salami (or even bacon) and then the crescent rolls. The mozzarella will be kind of gooey and oozey. I'm sure he'd love it!

I love to make pigs in a blanket, so thanks for the idea to change it up. I will put pepperoni in half of them and lots of mozzarella in all of them.
