Egg Roll In a Bowl...you got my attention. I can't believe how simple this recipe was, and how much it really tastes like a deconstructed egg roll. I sauteed some shrimp and put them on top for a little extra touch. Served over rice this is a great weeknight dinner for the family. that takes no time at all to prepare.

This is my mom and dad's absolute favorite dinner to make! We have everything in our house right now to make it! I recommend adding some fresh ginger on top and maybe some chopped nuts like almonds or sunflower seeds for a little extra crunch!

I always have to have an egg roll with my Chinese food. It is always a surprise to me to see what's inside. With this recipe I know what goes into it. I have been trying to find healthy recipes and this one sounds good. I will give it a try.

I love Chinese food, but not egg roll wrappers, so this recipe had everything I love and nothing I don't! And nothing fried, either. Just lots of crunch and flavor! I grate fresh ginger-make sure you scrape off the outer skin first!
