Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut-up and thawed
- pancake flour
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can pineapple bits and juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Roll chicken pieces in pancake flour.

Combine rest of ingredients and spoon this mixture over chicken pieces.
- Bake for approximately 2 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. Leave chicken uncovered for last 45 minutes, turning in the juices so it browns nicely.
