Balkan Corn Meal Mush (polenta)
Ingredients
- 3 c water
- 1 t salt
- 1 c stone ground corn meal
- 3 T chopped fresh dill
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1 c tomato sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
To tomato sauce add the lemon juice and black pepper. Boil water and salt. Add cornmeal. Cook several minutes, Stir in dill and feta. Serve topped with tomato sauce,
