    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 pound hamburger
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • salt and pepper
    • flour
    • 1 1/2 cup catsup
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbsp A-1 sauce
    • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    Instructions

    Mix sauce together in slow cooker. Then mix meatball ingredients together and roll in flour. Brown, and add to slow cooker. Let cook for a few hours on low. Serve over egg noodles.

    If you want to use a slow cooker and are in the mood for meatballs, this recipe is for you. Everyone will enjoy eating this, especially picky eaters in the family. For a healthier version of this dish, I would use lean ground beef, skim milk, and low sodium Worcestershire sauce. Also, after browning the meatballs, I would drain them before adding them to the sauce.
