One Skillet Mongolian Beef with Broccoli
"With just one skillet, 20 minutes, and a handful of pantry ingredients, my One Skillet Mongolian Beef with Broccoli is an easy dinner that the entire family will love! I think that the meat and veggies are great on their own, but my boys like to pile them high on top of sticky white rice – restaurant style! However you serve it, this weeknight Mongolian Beef is a simple and delicious meal that will satisfy your Chinese food cravings – no matter where you live!"

I made this dish last night, but I had a bit of time so I put all the ingredients in my slow cooker for four and a half hours on low. I also added grated carrots to the recipe and used low sodium soy sauce. It was delicious! My husband loved it and I will be delivering a portion of this to my daughter at university on the weekend. Yum!

I always order beef and broccoli when we get Chinese takeout. This recipe looks easy and would be easy to modify. I could see adding mini corn or mushrooms and serving it with rice and egg rolls. Thanks for the easy wonderful recipe.

This mongolian beef recipe I one of the better ones that I have tried. It comes together very quickly and the ingredients aren't difficult to find at my local grocery store. Sometimes I might even add some sliced onions or halved fresh crimini mushrooms (also called baby portabella) to the mix for more variety
