- 2 pounds Beef Chuck Riblets
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Pepper

- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Barbecue sauce

Bring beef ribs to room temperature. Rinse beef and pat dry with paper towels.
