Vinaigrette Sauce (molho de Vinagrete)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 4 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 fresh red cayenne peppers, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve either at room temperature or cold. Serve over meat and beans. Makes 3 cups.
