Ingredients: 1 1/2 pound loaf; 2 teaspoon active dry yeast; 1 1/2 C bread flour; 1 C rye flour; 1 C whole wheat flour; 3 Tb cocoa powder; 1 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 tablespoon corn oil; 1/2 C molasses; 1 tablespoon caraway seeds; 1 1/8 C warm water; 2 tablespoon warm water

Black Forest Pumpernickel

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound loaf
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 C bread flour
1 C rye flour
1 C whole wheat flour
3 Tb cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon corn oil
1/2 C molasses
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 1/8 C warm water
2 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "white bread", and press "start".
