Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 1/4 ts ginger
  • 1/4 ts sugar
  • 2 1/2 c bread flour
  • 2 ts gluten
  • 1 tablespoon butter buds
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5 c popped popcorn, crushed in a food processor until reduced to 2 1/2 cups
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 c warm water
