Cream of Wheat Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ts yeast
- 1 1/3 c cream of wheat, uncooked
- 2 2/3 c bread flour
- 2 tb gluten, optional
- 2 1/2 ts salt
- 2 2/3 tb sugar
- 1 1/2 egg
- 5 tb butter
- 1 1/3 c water
Instructions
Add to bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
