Fluffy Rye Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. loaf
- 1 1/8 C. water
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 2 1/4 C. bread flour
- 3/4 C. rye flour
- 2 1/2 tbs. sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbs. corn meal
- 1 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast OR
- 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/8 C. gluten or 3 tbs. Rye Bread Improver
Instructions
I bake this one on a "basic" setting, medium crust.
