Pumpernickel (abm) 1 1/2 Pound Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup tepid water
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 cup white bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons caraway seed
- 2 teaspoons fast rise or bread yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
Load bread machine according to machine standards. Use this recipe on the whole wheat cycle but can be made on the white or delay cycles.
