Pumpernickel Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c bread flour
- 1/4 c rye flour (1 oz)
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour (1 1/3 oz)
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 1 salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 7/8 c water (7 1/2 oz)
- 1 tsp dry yeast
Instructions
Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press start.
