Vanilla Raisin Bread
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup raisins macerated in 3 tablespoons vanilla for at least one hour
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose or bread flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
