Zuni Indian Bread
Ingredients
- 7/8 c buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 t lecithin (optional)
- 1 2/3 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c bread flour
- 1/3 c cornmeal
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1 1/2 tb butter
- 3 tb molasses
- 1/3 c dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 ts baking soda
- 2 ts yeast
Instructions
Use light setting.
