I love recipes that use the refrigerated biscuit/roll shortcut, and this breakfast recipe looks positively delicious. It's really simple to make and I could see whipping this up fairly often. I know it's kind of overkill, but I would add some crumbled bacon to the scrambled eggs before adding the layer of spinach and folding over the crescents. Looking forward to making this soon.
