These buckwheat mini breads are a little like wheat bread, although buckwheat is actually a fruit seed related to rhubarb. Buckwheat gives the bread a slightly tangy demeanor, but the flavor is one that could easily become your daily go-to. The breads really didn’t need any improvement, but my sister and I played around and added some sunflower seeds to the mix. The result was even better, if that was possible."
