Buttery French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread, crust removed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • honey
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

Mix egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl with a fork. Melt the margarine in a pan large enough for all 4 slices of toast. Dip each slice of toast into the egg mixture. Fry in the pan until golden and crunchy. Remove from pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Drizzle with just a little bit of honey before serving.
