Bee Pollen Chia Overnight Oats
"As if hot oats weren’t quick and easy enough, overnight oats are such a perfect healthy grab-and-go breakfast for those of you who rush out the door every morning! This overnight oats recipe is made with rolled oats, chia, bee pollen and soy milk as the base, and blueberries, cacao nibs and brown rice flakes for toppings. These are all great ingredients, but overnight oats are extremely flexible so you can change some of these to suit your liking. Without the toppings, overnight oats will keep in the fridge for about five days, which means you can prep five jars of these on Sunday and have your breakfast sorted for all the weekdays."
