Blueberry Mint Smoothie Recipe
"Mint and blueberries go really well together in this recipe. I didn’t have any fresh mint handy when I was making this recipe, but I remembered having mint tea leaves in the cupboard. And so this blueberry mint smoothie recipe was born. The avocado and coconut milk help to make this smoothie extra creamy despite being dairy-free. (It’s also AIP – autoimmune Paleo protocol compliant.) This is perfect for breakfast, it's easy and quick to make and healthy for your body. #paleoflourish #paleo #AIP #dairy-free #gluten-free #blueberrymintsmoothierecipe"
