    Buckeye Brunch

    Ingredients

    • 10 slices bread
    • 6 eggs
    • 3 c. milk
    • 2 tbsp. parsley
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 c shredded American or cheddar cheese
    • 1 to 2 c. chopped cooked ham (optional)
    • 3 tbsp. minced onion (optional)
    • 10-oz. package thawed chopped spinach (optional)

    Instructions

    Butter a rectangular 13" x 9" baking pan. Butter bread slices, cube them, and set them aside. Beat eggs well and add milk, parsley, dry mustard, and salt. Add bread, and cheese, and stir together. Spread in pan and bake at 350F for an hour or until set.
