- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 Banana
- 16 Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Whipped Cream
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Shaving

Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
