Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 minced onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1 garlic clove or garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix everything together in a pot. Cook on medium-low heat. Simmer until milk has evaporated. Cooking time - 90 minutes. This is a french canadian recipe. The spread is used on toast for breakfast, and usually topped with mustard or jelly.
