I have made a very similar recipe to this in the past, but my version didn't have the Greek yogurt added. I bet that the yogurt would make the muffins super moist. The smell from the streusel is soooooooo good! They taste amazing for breakfast with a big cup of coffee. From my personal experience, I would suggest trying to keep the streusel bits off of your baking pan before putting it in the oven because once it bakes on, it is pretty difficult to scrub off.

It's Sunday morning. Why not wake up the family to the aroma of these marvelous Cinnamon Streusel Muffins being in the oven. Such a simple straight forward recipe that produces the greatest results. I substitute sour cream for the Greek yogurt and it worked fine. Love that this recipe has the streusel in the middle as well, it's like an extra bonus!
