Instant Pot Pumpkin Oatmeal
"Sitting there stirring a pot of oatmeal is not an option for me, especially during pumpkin season when school is in full force! Thank goodness I discovered this pumpkin oatmeal because I can just toss the ingredients in my Instant Pot and let it do all the work. It makes my mornings so much easier knowing a delicious warm breakfast will be ready to go while I focus on helping everyone get ready. Yes, it’s an easy quick breakfast but this pumpkin spice oatmeal is so delicious and has all the cozy fall feelings I love. "

To make your Instant Pot Pumpkin Oatmeal, start by adding the pumpkin puree, oats, almond milk, water, pumpkin spice, and salt into the bottom of the instant pot.

Use a wooden spoon to stir the ingredients together until well combined.

Attach the Instant Pot lid and turn it until it locks. Make sure it’s set to the “sealing” setting!

Set your Instant Pot to the high-pressure setting for 1 minute and press start.

When it’s through cooking, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.

When the pressure is released, take off the lid and stir the pumpkin oatmeal together.
