    Sausage Buck

    Ingredients

    • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 6 slices bread, cubed
    • 1 lb. sausage, cooked/drained/crumbled
    • 2 c milk
    • 1 c grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp dry mustard
    • 1/2 green pepper, diced
    • 1 small onion, diced

    Instructions

    Mix it up and spread in a 9"x13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until firm.
