Actually, this recipe is made from my Mother. But I decided to change it a little bit. And to add some chocolate taste and flavor to it. Because I really love chocolate and desserts and breakfasts with chocolate. I add cocoa powder in almost everything. Especially in my protein packed pancakes.”

As someone who has made crepes multiple times, I have a few issues with this recipe. First off, the nutrition facts are very inaccurate. I'm assuming they are for the entire recipe and not 1 serving. Please specify! Also, the size of this batter will make an enormous amount of crepes I'm thinking 10-12? Lastly, making crepes is easy once you've mastered the technique! However, the first few times are tough so I wish the blogger showed some images with better directions. Clarity is key!
