Can you stop at one two-bite brownie? I think I will end up eating half the pan of these yummy treats. I know I want a big ol slab of fudgy goodness when I eat a brownie. But, we usually stick hot fudge, ice cream, and whipped cream on top of ours too.

These are quick and easy to make. They dont crumble like regular brownies will when cut, so they are great for adding to lunches. The brown sugar makes them soft and chewy. I like to use more brown sugar than white sugar. It is easy to modify the texture of the brownies by experimenting with the sugar amounts.
