Italian food is popular with many families. Not only is this recipe easy, but it will have everyone asking for seconds. When making this, I would use lean ground beef or sweet Italian sausage, low sodium chicken broth, and fat free half and half. Serve this main dish with a tossed green salad, and dinner is ready.

Tortellini is such a versatile pasta, and as such, one of my favorites. This Creamy Tortellini Skillet takes one of my favorite pastas and combines it with a "One Pot Wonder" of a meal for a real win, win. Of course I used Italian pork sausage (personal preference), but other than that I followed the recipe exactly, and the result was a flavor filled dinner worthy of my Italian table. Served it with crispy Italian bread to make it complete.
