This cake is such a pleasant surprise! You are expecting a simple vanilla box cake and then get a delicious, sweet, and tangy taste from the pineapple chunks! A great topping is some simple whipped cream or a vanilla icing with shredded coconut and maybe some chopped nuts or cherries!

This can't be any easier, and by the reviews, I can tell it's going to be awesome. Can't wait to make it. I think I will serve it with whipped topping.

This cake doesn't leave you with those guilty feelings! You have indulged but not dangerously so. I serve it with sliced stawberries when in season and whipped topping, just makes good better.
