Amish Upside Down Berry Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, halved
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (3-ounce) package raspberry gelatin
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a well-greased 13 x 9 baking pan, layer walnuts and berries; sprinkle with sugar and gelatin.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Fold in marshmallows and pour over top of mixture in baking pan.

Bake for 35–40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
