    Apple Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 cups diced apples
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Instructions

    Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
