Apple Spice Cupcakes

"Apple season is pretty popular here in New Jersey. Long before I became the farmer’s wife, I would go with my mom to the self-serve area of Jersey Jerry’s Apple Orchards to buy bags of apples so my mom could bake. I can still vividly remember everything about that little self-serve store right down to the box where we would drop our money to pay. But what sticks out most in my mind is the delicious recipes that my mom creates like these Apple Spice Cupcakes."
