Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
Instructions
Preheat oven 350 Work butter with into flour, baking powder and sugar, add egg and knead together. Roll onto cookie sheet, 1/2 inch thick. Knead the topping all until crumbly. put on top of bottom layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes
