"Easy chocolate brownie, intense and fudgy but unbelievably quick to make. You really can’t deny the appeal of the five-minutes-here’s-a-cake. This brownie here is precisely such. It involves nothing much more than melting chocolate and butter and stirring in the rest of the ingredients - you don't need an electric mixer, all is done with a hand whisk. And it takes just about five minutes, plus the baking time, until your next delicious brownie fix! I've kept it pure and simple but by all means add nuts or more chocolate chips."
