Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour batter into a lightly greased 11-x 7 inch baking dish.
- Stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool cake in dish on a wire rack 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
