Ingredients
- 5 cups Strawberries
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Buttermilk

Stir together all ingredients for the macerated strawberries in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
