Uncooked Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 48 large marshmellows
- 1 quart pecans, chopped or halves
- 1 pound box graham crackers
- 1 large bottle cherries
- 1 box dates (or raisins)
- 1/2 pound butter
Instructions
Melt butter. Add marshmellows and let them partly melt. Roll crackers into crumbs. Cut up other ingredients and mix into the other mix (small pieces). Spread into a cake loaf pan about 2" thick (2 bread loaf pans).
