    Vanilla Wafer Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 6 eggs
    • 12-oz box vanilla wafers, crushed
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 7-oz package flaked coconut
    • 1 cup pecans, chopped

    Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar in bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla wafer crumbs and milk, mixing well. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 275 degrees F. for 2 hours or until cake tests done. Yields 7 servings
