- 6 4/5 ounces Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 box Graham Crackers

Using a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
