What are freeze dried bananas? Does that mean banana chips? I've heard of freeze dried strawberries before but never bananas. This recipe looks pretty simple and easy since it only has three ingredients. One suggestion is to add some crumbled bacon to the bark if you want to really embody the flavors of Elvis!

I assume the blogger means banana chips or at least that they would be something of a substitute. And GOOD CALL with the bacon bits suggestion. Elvis would certainly be a fan!
