Ingredients: 2 tablespoon instant coffee; 2 tablespoon orange juice; 2 tablespoon brandy flavoring; 7 ounce marshmallow creme; 3 cup crushed chocolate wafers; 1 cup chopped pecans; 2 tablespoon orange peel; 2 tablespoon cocoa; 2 tablespoon confectioner's sugar; coconut to coat

Cappuccino Truffles

Ingredients

2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons brandy flavoring
7 ounces marshmallow creme
3 cups crushed chocolate wafers
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons orange peel
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
coconut to coat

Instructions

Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Makes about 5 dozen.
