Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Mix the hot water, corn syrup, and sugar and boil to a fine thread (236-240 degrees). Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites with vanilla and beat until it begins to lose its gloss. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper and let set.
