Nut Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 box confectioner's sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 4 drops milk
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 bar paraffin
Instructions
Makes about 3 dozen.. Knead together peanut butter, sugar and butter. Add milk until a good dough is formed and shape into small balls, place on waxed paper. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler. Using a toothpick dip balls as to look like a kukui nut, covered in chocolate with just the top uncovered revealing a small circle of peanut butter. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
